A slow, deliberate twist rising from the coastline — each floor rotated a few degrees so no two residences share the same horizon. Form that follows the turning of the sun.

Floor-to-ceiling glass wrapping 180 degrees of Pacific. Sunrise over the canyons, sunset into the swell — every residence oriented to catch the light as it moves.

Materials

Board-formed concrete, sea-weathered bronze and hand-set travertine. A palette drawn from the shoreline itself, built to soften and deepen with the years.
