Founded by Chef James Harrow, Ember & Oak celebrates the ancient art of wood-fire cooking with a modern Texas sensibility. Every dish begins with the finest local ingredients and ends at our custom-built wood-fire hearth.

We believe that great food is grown in the soil, shaped by the seasons, and perfected in the fire. Our relationships with Texas farmers, ranchers, and artisans are the foundation of everything we cook.
